Job Duties:

• Design, develop, and review architectural plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Prepare 3D renderings and presentations for clients.
• Work with clients to develop and refine project designs.
• Review construction documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare bid proposals and cost estimation documents.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Research and recommend innovative materials, systems, and construction techniques.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Negotiate design changes and modifications with clients, contractors, and other professionals.

 Skills / Qualifications:

• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar)
• Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
• Ability to prepare and review construction documents and bid proposals.
• Experience with cost estimation and basic project budgeting.
• Strong coordination skills when working with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ability to communicate design intent clearly to clients and project teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 24 months of experience in the architectural field.
